Icarus Investment Group is a real estate investment company dedicated to building passive income streams. Started in 2012 by David Pezzola, the Chicago-based company focuses on invigorating neighborhoods in American cities where the potential is high but public misconceptions remain. To date, Icarus has acquired 2,600 units across the portfolio and has successfully changed perception, and landscapes, by creating affordable, attainable, reliable housing for residents. Pezzola, an Oakland, California native and graduate of Claremont McKenna College, has a vision for driving transformation in struggling neighborhoods and inspires others to build financial freedom through strategic investing. A former football player and dynamic salesman, he builds investor confidence in America’s cities, smoothing rough edges and educating others on the value of smart investing toward building financial freedom.
