Founded in 2000 and currently investing out of Fund IV, IBC Funds is a Small Business Investment Company (“SBIC”) licensed by the United States Small Business Administration and is engaged in providing a broad range of junior capital solutions to established lower-middle market companies. Collectively, the investment team at IBC Funds is responsible for investing over $384 million into 106 portfolio companies across a wide range of industry segments, with extensive experience in manufacturing, business services, healthcare services, and consumer products transactions. IBC Funds participates in a variety of transaction structures using a combination of subordinated debt and equity financing, including growth & expansion financings, recapitalizations, and control buyouts.
