Hoffman Capital is a privately held, family investment firm focused on acquiring small-to-medium-sized businesses in the United States. We seek to partner with owners who wish to retire or reduce their day-to-day involvement. Hoffman Capital has a long-term investment and operational timeline— we plan to hold our acquired companies indefinitely. Via my family investment firm, I help business owners meet their transaction goals via thoughtful planning and deep relationship building. I'm the antithesis of private equity.
