HIT Capital LLLP is a Houston-based, long-biased private fund investing in reasonably priced, growing micro-cap businesses worldwide that the broader market overlooks. It offers interests privately to qualified investors. Micro-caps are too small for large institutions to research or own meaningfully, with scale, liquidity, coverage and research economics limiting their reach. HIT turns those constraints into opportunity. HIT screens thousands of global securities with proprietary software and research workflows, then investigates business, financials, management and incentives, underwrites value, downside and catalysts, and owns a concentrated portfolio of its highest-conviction ideas while monitoring the thesis. It seeks growing businesses where price does not fully reflect the underlying economics, valuation is attractive relative to cash flows and long-term potential, and management incentives, ownership structure, related-party risk and growth quality hold up. Positions are held while the thesis remains intact.
