Founded in 2022, Hilow Capital was formed to invest in and finance commercial real estate, as well as early-stage startups. The fund was formed primarily for the partners to invest their own capital, but also as a way to provide accessible funds for friends and family to invest in private placements, which are not available to the general public.
We have identified a symbiosis between real estate and early-stage venture investments. The real estate provides consistent, stable cash flow, with reliable and predictable capital appreciation. Whereas the early-stage venture investments provide an opportunity to back ideas, inventions, and founders that we genuinely believe in. Both of these investment categories may have notable tax advantages as well.
