Hike Ventures is a seed-stage venture capital firm investing in AI startups across North America, from San Francisco and Tokyo. We back founders with access to data the internet cannot see — proprietary data born in real-world operations, customer workflows, and industry-specific environments. Our founding principle: “Algorithm + Human > Algorithm or Human.” Since 2018, we have backed companies where AI amplifies people in the real world, rather than simply replacing them.
