HighPost Capital, LLC is a growth-focused private equity investment manager formed in 2019 by the Moross and Bezos families and is the product of a long-standing, profound relationship between David Moross and Mark Bezos, combining many years of successful investing in a broad range of businesses. HighPost currently has two platforms: 1. HIPSTR An early-stage platform investing in consumer and consumer tech enablement businesses. Criteria Business Sector: Consumer and Consumer Tech Enablement Geography: North America, Western Europe, Israel, and up to 10% for non-OECD countries Investment Strategy: Series A and B (along with opportunistic seed opportunities) 2. HIGHPOST A control buyout and late-stage growth private equity platform, investing in the sports, media, health & wellness, leisure and lifestyle sectors. Criteria EBITDA: > $15M Revenue: $75M + Business Sector: Consumer Focus: Sports/Media, Wellness, Leisure & Lifestyle Geography: North America, Western Europe, and the Middle East Investment Strategy: Growth and buyout opportunities
