High Country Impact Fund

The High Country Impact Fund is an Angel Investment Group that provides a source of capital for early-stage and growing companies in and around Western North Carolina. Unlike larger venture capitalist groups, our members are actively involved with founders to help them build successful companies. Our goal as an Angel Investment fund is to provide high-touch service and support to the companies we invest in, oftentimes giving them the early capital and experienced mentorship they need right from the start. We are a small group of members (around 15 people) who are residents of, or have interests in, the High Country area. As a group, we possess a vast level of experience and unique expertise in the business world. The fund is a member-managed group who make investment decisions on behalf of the fund. In addition to the capital invested by the fund, members may invest additional capital on a deal-by-deal basis based upon their individual preferences.
