Henry Ward is the CEO of Carta, where he has led the company since 2012 in transforming equity management for startups and investors. Before Carta, Henry founded Secondsight and earlier held leadership roles at Reddwerks, BetweenMarkets, and Callidus. These roles gave him deep experience in operations, sales, and enterprise technology. As an angel investor, he has made about 19 investments across technology, AI, and fintech.
