Helix Collective

Helix Collective is a Sydney-based venture studio and investment fund, with more than a decade in operation. It brings capital, capability and advice in a flexible combination, partnering deeply across product, technology and commercial execution to grow enterprise value, having created over $500 million to date. Engagements and investments include Neara, Ferovinum, 13SICK, Origami and Veyor, plus a meaningful stake in occupational medicine group OccuMED. Helix helped shape Neara's core technology and anchored Ferovinum's early fundraising. It targets businesses already generating A$1M–A$10M in annual revenue or A$500K–A$3M in EBITDA, and early ideas with credible customers but no clear path to product. Helix builds its own case at its own cost, is paid as it delivers with back-end upside, and works inside the team.
