Established in 2003 as a single-family office, HCG specializes in corporate finance, business consulting, and investment fund services for small businesses, entrepreneurs, and family offices across the world. In 2018 We began to externalize private finance and management methods and products for the market, to provide capital, M&A, and management consulting for small to medium-sized enterprises. We work with both new launches looking for seed, anchor, or “day one” capital, in addition to established clients that are already sizable and may be either launching a new product or looking to increase the size of their current fund. Capital introduction services are instrumental to new launches, as new funds often have a mark for profitability at $200m. We handle two types of investment funds: private trading funds, also known as hedge funds, and traditional private equity funds. Both funds are investment entities formed by sponsors raising capital to make investments. We offer offshore financial administration services for funds and pooled capital funds and advisory services for complex offshore funds, alternatives, family funds, trusts, and charitable endeavors.
