Investment Criteria ▪Seed Investment to $10M in Earnings – Seed Investment to EBITDA of $10M and larger ▪30%-70% Equity Ownership – Typically 30%-70% of equity capital, but flexible based on size and structure ▪Flexible Ownership Positions – Minority or majority ownership positions ▪4-10 year Investment Time Frame – Typically 4-10 year time horizon We provide investment and guidance at the board level with an option of support on the ground. We also prefer to focus on mentorship at the CEO level and in the Executive Team where deemed appropriate.
