We are a private, family office–backed investment firm. We invest directly in late-stage venture, independent sponsor deals, sports, and luxury real estate, pairing our capital with institutional advisory and capital markets expertise. We deploy our own capital as a principal across our four focus verticals, and we earn additional economics through the structures we build around those investments — SPV sponsorship, co-GP arrangements, and selective capital markets advisory. Hayes Capital seeks to make anchor investments through our family office–backed capital base. We view principal investing as a core part of our platform and approach opportunities with the mindset of a long-term capital partner.
