Investment Criteria ▪ Pre-Seed and Seed We look to invest at the earliest possible stage, at times pre-product or pre-revenue. We prioritize repeat founders who achieve early traction in emerging categories. ▪ Investment Range $350K - $1M Initial investments target a minimum of 6 - 8% ownership. We reserve capital for follow-on participation when appropriate. ▪ We lead investment rounds We can lead or co-lead a team’s first institutional financing and have a preference for equity. We believe that early-stage cap tables are meant to be collaborative, and therefore maintain a network of 6,000+ co-investors to help founders construct bespoke and strategic syndicates. ▪ We only invest in the US We do not invest in companies incorporated outside of the United States. ▪ We invest in B2B, B2C, B2B2C As a thesis-led firm, we explore themes across sectors, including, but not limited to: SaaS, Future of Work, Healthcare, Wellness, Commerce, FinTech, Consumer, AI, EdTech, Sustainability, and emerging sectors.
