We focus on investing in mid-sized companies that are looking for a path to succession of ownership. We work directly with the leadership team to build a long-term strategy that grows the business and secures the future of the team. We have been growing companies for nearly 50 years. ▪ Commercial Real Estate We have a broad portfolio of real estate. Our directly owned real estate is largely in the Canadian market. Many of these investments come from private business acquisitions. Our investments in other markets are through funds and REITs.
