Hamilton Point Investments

Hamilton Point Investments LLC (“HPI”) is a real estate private-equity investment company that owns and manages multifamily apartment properties, manufactured housing communities and hotels. HPI invests through investment funds raised from individual accredited investors through a selling group of independent broker-dealers and registered investment advisors. The firm was founded in 2009 by J. David Kelsey and Matthew A. Sharp. It has acquired more than 150 properties for over $3.5 billion since inception and has over 320 employees. HPI Funds have acquired over 32,000 apartment units. The properties are managed by wholly owned Hamilton Point Property Management LLC (“HPPM”).
