Hale Capital Partners is a New York-based investment firm, founded in 2007, that builds technology and defense companies alongside founders through private equity and hedge fund strategies in an evergreen structure. Its Fund V closed in December 2025, bringing assets under management to $334 million. It helps leaders add talent, win customers, scale operations and make accretive acquisitions, backed by an operating playbook, active Top Secret clearances and portfolio boards that include former senior defense officials. Hale targets defense and technology companies, spinouts and divestitures, and recapitalizations with $20M+ revenue, investing up to $30 million through control buyouts, minority growth, founder liquidity and convertible debt.
