Guide Capital Partners

Guide Capital Partners is a private equity firm that focuses on lower middle market companies in the consumer, business services, and industrial sectors. Our focus is on providing growth equity to allow a business to accelerate or support its organic growth or provide capital for an acquisition. Guide will also consider recapitalizations where certain of the proceeds provide liquidity for existing shareholders. Generally, we would not be interested in a transaction where the existing management team was cashing out and leaving the business. Guide would back existing management to buy out passive owners. Guide prefers companies that have EBITDA from $2 -10 million and have demonstrated consistent growth. In all cases, we want to partner with strong management teams. Guide seeks to invest $2-10 million per investment. We have relationships with family offices and institutional capital, which allow us to structure much larger investments.
