I’ve held Asia Pacific Chief Operating Officer roles with major global SaaS players, including Siebel Systems, PeopleSoft, and SAP. My first startup exit was in the heart of the Dotcom boom in San Francisco, the first data bot of its kind…measuring & rating the world's leading internet providers. I left SAP to focus on solving the digital skills gap in Australia, ultimately co-founding Faethm to help employers navigate the impact of automation, economic change, and industry change on skills & jobs. Faethm launched in 2017 and scaled rapidly, delivering our pioneering SaaS platform and multiple AIs to clients in 21 Industries & 26 Countries. In September 2021, Faethm was acquired by Pearson Plc, the world’s largest education company, to supercharge the new Pearson Workforce Skills offering and deliver the world’s first truly end-to-end Future of Work solution: Faethm’s AI & SaaS platform delivering integrated Pearson content and learning products to companies and governments globally. At Arena Mars, continuing to work with Faethm co-founder Mike Priddis, I now invest in and assist scale-ups via VCs in Australia, the UK, and the US, and also directly. We focus on combinations of B2B, SaaS, AI, FoW / EdTech, and also give our time to those working to further education and technology benefits for all.
