Greenridge Group is a privately held private equity and venture capital firm. We invest as principals, then create value through an in-house platform, engineering, compliance and licensing, insurance, and media, built into the same ownership and governance architecture. For a select group of families and founders, Greenridge operates a family-office structure spanning principal investing, investment advisory, and the operating businesses, each under its own brand and, where applicable, its own registrations and licenses. Greenridge partners with founders it backs as a principal investor and with a select group of families, typically in the $10 to $50 million range, who want principal investing, investment advisory, and operating support run as one family office. The approach is servant leadership and long-term partnership rather than transaction volume. Greenridge Ventures is the private equity and venture capital arm of Greenridge Group. We invest through Greenridge Opportunity Fund I, deploying our limited partners' capital alongside our own general-partner commitment, in regulated industries, medicine, finance, and law, then create value with compliance, engineering, and operating muscle that already exist under the same roof. We invest in the terrain we already operate in. Regulated industries where software changes the unit economics, concentrated in Texas and the border region, where we operate and where most investors do not look.
