Grandview Partners makes equity co-investments of $1 million to $3 million alongside leading private equity firms in middle-market businesses across a range of industries. Grandview was formed in 2022 in partnership with Copper Run, a middle-market investment bank providing buy-side and sell-side M&A advisory on deals between $10 million and $250 million. Grandview’s investment committee has significant direct investing experience in middle-market private equity. We have a disciplined investment process that leverages this broad experience and network. We also have a strong understanding of the time and bandwidth constraints that define the transaction process. Grandview is an efficient and reliable capital source for the firms with whom we partner.
