We invest in North American companies with sales up to $10M that have demonstrated ha istory of growth, and at least three years of profitable operations. While we are open to considering any business that meets our investment criteria, we have particular expertise and interest in the Healthcare, Education, Industrial Repair & Maintenance, and Business Services sectors. We are looking to acquire, operate, and grow privately held businesses.
