Good Human Investment Partners does two things: 1. We help successful private companies address their need for Primary and Secondary capital. 2. We offer those investment opportunities preferentially and on good terms to Family Offices. Founders often structure financing rounds to achieve both funding and liquidity. This typically involves bringing in a private equity (PE) firm, and acquiring primary and secondary shares from the founder. However, the PE firm's agenda may not always align with the founder's goals or the firm's priorities. Their focus is often on selling shares or the entire company within three to four years. We recognize that introducing private equity can sometimes alter the chemistry and alchemy that led to initial success, with potential positive or negative outcomes.
