Golden Angels Investors began in 2002 with the goal of helping capital formation for entrepreneurs in the Midwest. Our members are founders, CEOs, venture capitalists and business leaders. They bring a track record of business success and a deep commitment to assist entrepreneurs in building great companies. Golden Angels Investors is not a fund; its members make individual investment decisions under terms negotiated with entrepreneurs, and the group invests as a single entity. The opportunity assessment and review processes are member-led. Golden Angels leads opportunities directly as well as participates in opportunities led by other investors. As the lead investor, we often provide board directors with specific industry expertise and connections to a broad network for business development.
