Gladstone Capital Corporation is a publicly-traded business development company (“BDC”) that pays monthly cash distributions to its stockholders and invests in lower middle-market businesses in the United States. Our funds as applicable, invest in commercial real estate, farmland, and small and medium-sized companies and provide financing to such businesses across the capital structure, from the second lien and mezzanine debt to equity and real estate financing solutions. Gladstone Capital’s debt investments primarily consist of three types of loans to small and medium-sized businesses in the United States: senior term loans, senior subordinated loans, and junior subordinated loans.
