Gil Lara is the Chief Creative Officer and Co‑Founder of Sprout Social, Inc., where he spent nearly 16 years shaping the company’s brand and design vision. Before Sprout Social, Gil worked as a Senior Designer at Freeman Company for nearly a decade, and earlier as a Production Designer in Las Vegas.
