We partner with existing managers to continue building profitable businesses capable of sustaining their success for all stakeholders- Shareholders, Management, Employees, Customers, and Advisors. Once companies are acquired, they will continue operating on a stand-alone basis under the leadership of the management team. The management team will be given operating autonomy and ownership in the company.
