GAIN is an innovative and inclusive alumni angel investing network that funds Georgetown affiliated companies and engages and leverages the power of the diverse alumni community to amplify the Georgetown startup ecosystem. Georgetown Angel Investor Network (GAIN) is the only official Georgetown University investor network that supports alumni affiliated startups. The network works in partnership with university wide entrepreneurial efforts. GAIN’s leadership team is a group of dedicated alumni volunteers who work in partnership with the Georgetown University Alumni Association. GAIN provides access to capital and to investors/mentors/advisors from the members of the larger Georgetown Community. By participating in GAIN, you play a part in boosting Georgetown's entrepreneurial impact. To be eligible to apply, the company MUST have a founder, senior executive, board member, advisor, or investor who is: ▪ A Georgetown alumnus ▪ A current student, faculty or staff member of Georgetown University ▪ A parent of a current Georgetown alumnus or one of the foregoing who has a parent who is a Georgetown alumnus
