Garden City Companies is a purpose-driven, evergreen holding company that acquires & permanently holds family-owned service companies with $2-10M EBITDA. Think “the Berkshire Hathaway for small to mid-sized businesses”. Our mission is to build a family of the most caring service companies in the world where all workers thrive and have dignity and opportunity. Our permanent equity, buyout model is very unique as we have no intent to ever sell our businesses, use minimal debt, and keep the management team in place once we acquire.
