Frontera Technology Ventures (“FTV”) is a Houston-based investment and advisory firm focused on growth stage technology companies. FTV’s parent company was founded in 1991 and has worked with and held ownership positions in companies of varying size in numerous industries over that period. FTV advises growth-stage technology companies in the areas of marketing, regulatory, financial, operating, management, strategic planning, structure & fundraising, investor relations, and negotiations. FTV concentrates its efforts and resources on market segments undergoing disruptive change due to the influence of technology and of business practices developed in other industries.
