Principal focus has been helping management teams and owners prepare for, partner with, and most importantly live with institutional capital partners or buyers, including banks, mezzanine investors, private equity investors, and strategically related operating companies as the company develops and moves towards a future exit. The preference is to advise and purchase some minority risk position to "put skin in the game".
