Francois Guy is a technology executive (CTO, VP Engineering, CIO) with a proven track record in leading world-class software development teams and introducing innovative products to market. Francois is more than an expert technologist, he’s a business entrepreneur who believes technology should support the business strategy. Having been part of different industries (music, entertainment, media, regulatory, health, and fintech) in small to large organizations, Francois has a broad range of expertise that allows him to understand the different challenges faced by all business functions and deploy technology to support their objectives. Francois had the opportunity to build and manage several international software development teams (India, Russia, Belarus, many locations in the US & Canada, and Chile) and has developed expertise in creating profitable relationships with vendors that exceed the terms of the contract. He is known to implement a “work hard play hard” culture in his teams. Finally, Francois invests money and time in early-stage companies, participates in the deal-making process, and more importantly, spends time with the founders to help them succeed in their venture.
