Investment Criteria ▪ Non-institutional ownership with a strong management team in place. ▪ Opportunity for recurring/reoccurring revenue within the context of deep customer relationships. ▪ Fragmented industry with significant opportunity for organic and/or inorganic growth. ▪ $1m - $5m of EBITDA.
