First Growth Management is a private equity company that invests primarily in small, growth-based businesses, mid-sized asset-based companies, and early-stage public companies. We have the ability to bring varied resources to a partnership, including capital, management, governance, marketing, public relations, and a wide network of contacts in many industries. Our strategy is to invest in companies we believe have the people and the market placement to achieve success in their sector. We have been working with companies in construction, events, aviation, technology, oil & gas, and environmental spaces. Depending on the circumstances, our FGM team may take an active or a passive role in the companies we invest in. We typically invest $100,000 - $2 million. Each equity investment we make is with a long-term goal to build successful companies.
