▪ Located in the Midwest or Southeast Regions of the United States.
▪ Primary states include: ND, SD, NE, KS, MN, IA, MO, WI, IL, MI, IN, KY, TN, OH, GA.
▪ Fireside Financial has the ability to invest outside the primary states on a case-by-case basis.
▪ Multi-Family Apartments, Self-Storage, Industrial, Office, Mixed Use.
▪ Between $2 and $15 million in equity requirement.
▪ Value-add and Ground-up opportunities.
▪ Leverage between 60% to 80%.
▪ Tier 3 MSAs or better.
▪ No environmental issues.
▪ Positive population growth over the past 3 years.
