I am an Investment Research Manager at Findex, a diversified financial services company and the largest provider of Managed Discretionary Accounts in Australia. Having spent most of my professional experience in the financial services industry, I possess a strong background in investing and hold a Bachelor's degree in Applied Finance. My core competencies include conducting market analysis, assessing investment products, performing due diligence on fund managers across all major asset classes, and providing actionable insights to inform investment decisions. I am responsible for conducting thorough research on potential investments, which includes assessing fund managers, reviewing asset classes and market valuations, tracking macro market trends, and assessing risks. My contributions have helped the firm and the investment committee make informed decisions, achieving strong returns for our clients. The Findex flagship Balanced fund ranks in the top quartile amongst its peers for both absolute return and risk-adjusted basis over a 5-year period. In addition to my professional experience, I am a passionate Angel Investor and the Syndicate Lead at Exhort Ventures, an investment syndicate for Pre-Seed to Series A startups. I also remain a fellow member of the Sydney Angels network. Driven by the excitement of investing in early-stage startups and supporting incredible founders, I am particularly interested in new technologies and business models that have the potential to disrupt industries and create positive change. I am dedicated to identifying startups with high growth potential and providing the support and resources needed to help them succeed.
