Factorial is a new kind of venture firm purpose-built for the AI era. Our investment partners are technical practitioners and we invest in founders who code building in infrastructure, B2B and consumer –- at the frontier of what's newly technically possible. How We Work ▪ We collaborate on evaluating teams with our investment partners (all are technical late-stage/exited founders). ▪ Just one investment partner and Matt have to agree to make a decision. ▪ This lets us go very deep technically, and make fast, high-conviction decisions. We make most of our investments when there is a rough prototype and not much else. We focus on angel and pre-seed, but also invest in seed & selective series A. We are happy to be the first yes or the last yes, to lead, co-lead, or just be a part of the round. We generally invest $500k-1m.
