Fabio Terlevich, Angel Investor

With over 25 years of company-building experience, Mr. Terlevich is a seasoned engineer, operator, and investor. Fabio is passionate about building high-performing teams and value-creating companies through innovation, technology, and teamwork. He has direct experience growing businesses in private equity, private credit, residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS), and real estate. His current focus is on aggregating and growing simple, resilient, and profitable U.S. manufacturing companies for the long term. He is also a personal investor in U.S. digital infrastructure, oil & gas, and farmland. Committed to American land conservation, Fabio owns and manages more than 1,400 acres in the Chesapeake Bay region and western Indiana. He manages this land using pyro-herbivory, silviculture, and early successional vegetation practices.
