Explorer Equity Group ("EEG") is a private equity firm that invests in global emerging trends that have the potential to transform the world. Founded in 2016 by Cody Shirk, the firm is headquartered in North Palm Beach, Florida, and invests globally across both private equity and venture capital. EEG's sector focus spans cannabis, longevity, food technology, healthcare, transportation, construction, real estate, and cryptocurrency. The firm sources, structures, and executes investments on behalf of private investors, family offices, and institutions, and also operates special purpose vehicles (SPVs) and closed funds for individual deals.
