Ewing Ventures is a Phoenix-based investment firm focused on real estate and private equity ventures. We identify, acquire, and invest in high-quality assets and businesses at favorable valuations, using our operational expertise to increase the value of our underlying assets and to produce superior long-term returns. We are a boutique investment firm, founded in 2012, with a passion for real estate, construction, private equity, and alternatives. We hold a diversified portfolio of investments and actively manage the operation of many of our assets. Our primary investment focus is on leased single-family residential property and private real estate investment funds. We also own skilled-trade construction businesses, and we continue to make direct private equity investments in great ideas. We further reduce risk with exposure to a variety of alternative investment classes.
