Everlane Equity Partners is a private capital provider focused on equity investments in high-quality companies that are well-positioned for future growth. We utilize our fully committed capital base and extensive experience investing in small capitalization and middle market companies and seek to accelerate value creation alongside management teams that have a meaningful go-forward financial participation in the business. We are flexible in our approach, structuring transactions that yield both majority and minority ownership positions for partnering management. Investment Criteria We partner with management teams that demonstrate significant go-forward commitment to their business and seek to execute an accelerated growth strategy alongside them. We focus on: ▪ Family or founder-owned businesses ▪ Companies with EBITDA of $1.5 million to $8.0 million ▪ Equity investments of $2.5 to $17.5 million directly from our fund and the ability to invest up to $50 million of equity in any transaction (inclusive of co-investment capital from fund investors)
