ETACapital is an Oklahoma City-based private equity group focused on commercial real estate investment and development. ETACapital was founded by four experienced commercial real estate professionals with the purpose of co-investing and managing private investments. We are opportunistic investors focused on the multiplication and preservation of capital through real estate investment and development. Our Target Properties VALUE-ADD Some stabilized tenants with reasonable tenant vacancy, remodel opportunities, and/or areas to improve management. Immediate cash flow with the potential to significantly increase cash flow and long CORE Stabilized tenant base with attractive remaining lease terms. Immediate Cash Flow with long-term appreciation and rental increases. DEVELOPMENT Ground-up development in established and/or growing markets. Our in-house construction arm allows us to competitively price and execute development opportunities across asset classes.
