Erin helps organizations drive growth through brand and culture as CEO of Neighbourhood Consulting. Neighbourhood helps B2B organizations leverage brands to build better customer and employee relationships, for material growth and impact. Erin brings 25 years of experience in consulting and advising leadership of global enterprises and tech ventures alike on corporate brand, leadership, and culture transformation. Erin has led the Emera ideaHUB since 2021, a deep tech incubator for early-stage ventures. She is also an angel investor and is an active member of Women's Equity Lab Atlantic and East Valley Ventures. Before moving to Nova Scotia in 2021, Erin was an entrepreneur working with scaling tech companies on leadership, team, and culture; she also delivered culture and digital transformation initiatives to large organizations as Senior Director at PwC Canada.
