Equal Ventures is a seed-stage venture fund that backs the founders and businesses that are disrupting legacy markets. We are not followers. We prefer to lead rounds in the founders we believe in, although we will co-lead under the right circumstances. We are usually the first institutional investor in the companies we back and are not influenced by who else is around the table.
