Entrepreneurial Equity Partners (e2p) is a private equity firm that actively invests in companies. Based in Chicago, e2p specializes in control-oriented investments within the food, beverage, and consumer packaged goods industries. They focus on partnering with family-owned businesses and corporate carve-outs, providing equity investments ranging from $25 million to $150 million in companies with revenues exceeding $50 million. We invest in businesses across the food industry. We work with a variety of sellers, but given our operational experience and extensive networks, we are frequent partners for family-held businesses seeking transitions and for corporations looking to divest divisions. We typically seek control investments in order to clearly align objectives with management.
