Enstream Capital is a Dallas-based energy merchant banking firm founded in 2006. We provide non-dilutive, asset-level funding to help independent oil and gas operators convert proved non-producing and undeveloped reserves into production. Our Well Completion Funding (WCF) is structured as a perpetual ORRI conveyance with a buyout option. We fund up to 75% of capex, use standard bank-friendly documentation, and target a ~90-day close. Operators retain full ownership, operating control, and leasehold inventory. Since 2006, Enstream has executed more than $1 billion in private capital and asset transactions. We focus on projects in the $3–$30 million range in mature fields with existing infrastructure, targeting PDNP/PUD reserves with clear development plans and strong well economics.
