About Embedded Ventures

Embedded Ventures is a venture capital firm founded in 2020 by co-founders Jenna Bryant and Jordan Noone, based in Los Angeles, California. Noone previously co-founded Relativity Space, the 3D-printed rocket company, while Bryant built her career in deep-tech recruiting before turning to investing. The firm takes a commercial-first approach to backing early-stage dual-use startups, maintaining a first-of-its-kind Cooperative Research and Development Agreement with the U.S. Space Force to bridge Silicon Valley innovation with Department of Defense needs. Embedded focuses on digital engineering, advanced manufacturing, and space operations, investing at the pre-seed, seed, and Series A stages. Its portfolio includes Anduril, Skyryse, Slingshot Aerospace, Akash Systems, Inversion, Chromatic, and Zoo, a hardware-design company co-founded by Jordan Noone and incubated within the fund itself. The firm closed its first fund at $100 million in 2024. Embedded's investment approach draws on its partners' direct operator experience in aerospace and defense, offering portfolio companies hands-on technical and strategic guidance alongside capital, particularly in navigating government contracting and national security markets.
