Ellen Thompson, Angel Investor

I am the Co-founder and CEO of Respage, a leading provider of AI-based leasing and marketing solutions for the multifamily industry. Our Smart CRM is the first to be built from the ground up to automate your leasing process. I also founded Results Repeat (resultsrepeat.com), a digital marketing agency that currently provides website development and marketing support for over 400 SMBs. I am also the Co-founder of Jess (getjess.com), which combines a DIY SEO platform and a marketing analytics platform that helps small businesses understand and improve marketing results. In summary, I'm a Wharton-educated entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience conceptualizing, growing, and managing technology-related companies. Two of my companies made the Inc 5000 in 2021 and 2022. In addition to my "day job," I have been involved in the Philadelphia tech start-up community as a mentor, advisor, and angel investor for many years. I proudly serve on the Boards of PACT for Animals, the Philadelphia Skating Club and Humane Society, and the Russell Byers Charter School Foundation.
