Elizabeth Seyle Fenton, Angel Investor

Elizabeth Seyle Fenton is a Litigation Partner at Ballard Spahr LLP where she litigates and tries cases involving business torts, shareholder and post-closing disputes, antitrust, piercing the corporate veil, and enforcement of restrictive covenants. She was a former Member of the Board of Directors of Hire an Esquire, an online platform for matching freelance legal talent with law firms and in-house legal departments. She was also a former Partner at Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP where she served as a trial lawyer focusing on disputes before the Delaware Court of Chancery, the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Commerce Program, and the American Arbitration Association. Elizabeth is also an Angel Investor through an New York-based angel group supporting early-stage startups founded by fellow Brown alumni through capital, connections and community.
