Eidolon is a private investment platform based in Nashville, TN with broadly diversified holdings across a wide range of industries. Our investments include businesses in software, industrial distribution, information technology, staffing, consumer products, real estate, and medical equipment. Eidolon focuses on lower middle market acquisitions ($2mm-$10mm in EBITDA) and is industry agnostic but specializes in control acquisitions in services, technology, distribution, and manufacturing. We currently focus primarily on services, manufacturing, distribution, and technology businesses and are broadly industry-agnostic. We prefer to work with business owners who are committed to the business and willing to "phase out" both financially and operationally.
